What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for online purchases. Items must be in their original condition with all Clothes Mentor tags still attached.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the near future.
How can I sell my clothes to Clothes Mentor?
You can bring your gently used, name-brand clothing and accessories to any of our physical locations. We pay cash on the spot or offer store credit for items that meet our current style and inventory needs.
